technical support I recently purchased a Subaru Forester [ a month ago]. Yesterday, I returned to the dealership to review some of the technical features of the vehicle and mentioned the small tear in the leather that I assumed could be repaired. The manager of the service department [ didn't catch his name] said that they would order a new leather panel to replace the torn area of the door panel. the service person [ young man named Steve] wrote up the order and explained that it was covered by the warranty and there was no issues with the replacement. people were very nice to me. More
