I went to buy a used subaru outback and it wasn't a good experience at all. First the used certified car was in rough shape. I would not think that it would be certified at all. When we started talking numbers it went bad. I owe $34,000 on my trade in and they were going to give me $29,000, which is less than any other place that I shoped around. When they brought me the paper work they put my car as 29,000 and the difference was $14,213.00. I think their people don't know how to do math at all, if you put that together is $43,213, that is $9213.00 that they were charging me for. That means they would of got my car for $19,787.00. Thats not how a good business messes people over. If you check BBB you will see the have a BIG F. Thats not good, but I see why.. the new car was only suppose to be $43000.00 but the told me the payments would be 72 month $950.00. I can drive a Mercedes for that. What are they thinking. I hope no one else falls for their traps. Also forgot to mention the finance lady had a bad attitude, because she was yelling out the office towards me. Great for business!!!!!! More

He couldn’t help her since he was busy with 2 other clients, however, instead of keeping her waiting, he was professional enough to find her someone available to help her. Alex Caballero was available at the moment and how lucky she was to have him as her salesperson. Alex was not only very knowledgeable about the vehicles but also genuinely interested in finding the perfect fit for her needs. He treated her as a friend, was always honest on the pricing, never pushed her on the deal and worked hard to get her a good deal, which I know it wasn’t easy since her income was not huge and she did not have the best credit score. Subaru of Pembroke Pines was the 4th dealer we visited that day and we couldn’t believe how outstanding they were, in comparison with the other dealers we previously visited. It was amazing the extra hours Alex and his team stayed there to help my mom get the vehicle she needed. The finance and sales team integrated by Bryan Medina (Sales Manager) and Glenn Martin( Financing Dept) went above and beyond to ensure a smooth approval process, navigating through all the necessary paperwork with expertise and patience. Also a special shoutout to the director Jaime-Gaitan for going the extra mile to secure the best possible financing options, truly making this purchase a dream come true. On 03-23-2024, I went to SUBARU OF PEMBROKE PINES to buy, at residual value, the 2021 CROSSTREK we leased from Alex Caballero (excellent salesman, professional and helpful). Our problem started with the finance agent, Glenn Martin. This is a very dishonest man, unprofessional, and just trying to scam customers. Very disappointed with his behavior. He was rude and just trying to force his will. He does not care about customer, he just cares about himself and "any" way to make a huge commission. He lacks a minimum of education and how to treat customers (I do not mean he has to be like a servant to customers, no, do not get me wrong). The time with this financial agent was the worst. I am pretty sure this man will make some customers to never comeback to SUBARU OF PEMBROKE PINES (even if the salesperson was awesome). Jose Diaz More

A vehicle is only as safe as its tires are reliable. Less than 2 months into driving our new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek, one of the tires failed catastrophically, blowing out on the interstate. While this dealership did acknowledge that there was no damage or debris found on the tire's driving surface, they also insisted we purchase a replacement tire despite emphasizing that such an incident was "unheard of". Leaving a review in case it is part of a larger trend of defective tires causing unnecessary risk and cost to drivers behind the wheel of a new Subaru. Update: After hearing back from the dealership, they were able to resolve my concerns. Thank you especially to Rosalie Marti, Service Manager, for stepping in. More
