Patience & Excellence! I was just going into Pines Subaru to check out the color of the new 2018 Crosstrek. JC Morales and his cousin Rydel did more than show me the color. I was just going into Pines Subaru to check out the color of the new 2018 Crosstrek. JC Morales and his cousin Rydel did more than show me the color. They both convinced me what a great car the Crosstrek was and answered every single question that I had (I had tons of them). Not only did I get a great deal, the dealership shopped around on car insurance companies and ended up saving me almost a $100 a month. I ended up leaving the dealership very happy! Thank you both! Horrible Experience Not only was this man uninformed about the Subaru vehicles, he was extremely rude and embarrassed me and my family during our visit to Subaru of Pembr Not only was this man uninformed about the Subaru vehicles, he was extremely rude and embarrassed me and my family during our visit to Subaru of Pembroke Pines. He was texting during the test drive and wouldn’t answer any of my questions regarding safety features or specifications. When we went inside to negotiate a deal, he presented us with options that we were not comfortable with. Upon our disapproval, he became beligerant and angry and said “this is my house and you don’t tell me how I can charge”. It was an awful experience and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. Stay away. Go to someone with better or no reviews. I took the time to make a special one for this guy. Needless to say, we didn’t make a deal even when he chased us to our car with a more reasonable deal. His behavior was enough to get us out of there. Awful experience. More

Then 12 days later to be exact I got a call saying there is an update on my car and I had to sign some paper work l. When I get there they told me the lease did not go thru and the bank declined my offer. So they told me I had to finance the car instead (this makes no sense) any ways I start the paperwork for finance and there goes my budget out the door. Now I'm stuck with a high monthly payment. Thanks for scamming me JAIME. More

Excellent Dealership I was in the market for a Subaru Forester. I had a friend recommend this dealer. My friend put me in contact with a sales person named Mike Kahuk. Mik I was in the market for a Subaru Forester. I had a friend recommend this dealer. My friend put me in contact with a sales person named Mike Kahuk. Mike went out of his way to locate the vehicle I desired. He had it delivered to the dealership with no extra charge. Installed all my accessories tinted windows to my liking and filled my gas tank all at an excellent price. He managed to get me a fair price for my trade in. You can find a great dealership but it a sales person that can make or break the deal. Subaru of Pembroke Pines is an excellent dealership and Mike Kahuk is a great person and an excellent product specialist. THANK YOU Mike. More

Racially Profiled and Robbed without a Gun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a car in May. I put an initial $3000 down and then was asked to put down an additional $4800 to sweeten the deal with the bank. I wrote I purchased a car in May. I put an initial $3000 down and then was asked to put down an additional $4800 to sweeten the deal with the bank. I wrote a check for the $4800 which the finance manager Jaime Gaitan said he couldn't find my business on sunbiz so he couldn't except my check. I pulled up sunbiz and showed him and then printed it out. He still refused it, was rude and condescending and said"if you have the money in the bank it shouldn't be a problem to go get it" This was a true statement and wouldn't be an issue if he didn't have the white couple that also bought a car that day $5000 check on his desk.He profiled me and treated me with such disrespect assuming that I didn't have the money because of the color of my skin. Needless to say, I went to the bank of America across the parking lot and got hi $4800 cash! This was the first insult of a long list suffered by this racist and rude dealership. After having the car I called because sometime had passed and I was told to make my first payment to the dealership which I did. Fast forward to August when I got a call saying they could get the car financed and to bring it back. I went to the dealership and said fine just refund the money for the down and the payment and I would be on my way. I was then told by a very very very NASTY Manager Duane Massa that they were charging me $7245 for mileage and use of the car but to be fair he would give me back $3000 on my debit card but they were keeping $4800 and the $503 first months payment. When I strongly objected and stated the fact on how I had interviewed with the bank and called them repeatedly he implied that he was the God of the dealership and I would take it or nothing. After some back and forth he called the police to have me removed. The police came and told them that he would not remove me and that they should refund me my money. The officer was so kind and told me since it was a civil case he couldn't make them do anything but he wrote me a police report and advised me to seek a lawyer and take them to court. That day they were to credit my debit card back $3000 and send me a check for $1400 which to this day I HAVE NOT RECEIVED EITHER. Every time I call to follow up I get the run around. Needless to say now not only am I out of over $8000 I also have legal fees to get back money that is mine. The salesman was wonderful but the Management is the worst I ever encountered. The feeling that you get from being profiled and treated unjustly is a feeling that I would not wish on my enemy , and to get this treatment while spending hard earned money (that was more than a months salary) is a tragedy. I will never buy anything Subaru or from The Zinn Group and neither will my over 2500 associates and followers More

Changing the way people think of car salesmen! We're on our second Subaru from Subaru of Pembroke Pines. Both were purchased from Barry. From the honest way in which he discussed the models & fea We're on our second Subaru from Subaru of Pembroke Pines. Both were purchased from Barry. From the honest way in which he discussed the models & features of the cars that we looked at and test drove, to the way in which he treated us throughout the entire process, the bar has been set very high for any other salesman that we will deal with in the future should Barry not be available. For the 4 years we owned the first car (Impreza), anytime that I was in the service lobby while my car was getting routine service, if Barry walked by, he'd spot me, remember my name, my wife's name, and come visit with me. When we lost our Impreza when someone ran a stop sign and hit the Impreza doing approximately 50 mph, we called Barry to let him know that we'd be shopping for another Subaru. His first response was if we were okay. He then had us set up for our visit with the cars that we wanted to test drive and went the extra mile to get us into the Crosstrek that we wanted. Just recently we had an small issue with our Crosstrek over a weekend and to decided to play it safe had it towed to the dealership. It was a Sunday. We sent an email to Barry to let him know about the issue and used the online service request scheduler to let the service department know about the car being brought in. On Monday morning, I got a call from Steven Ross that the car was fixed and ready for pickup even before I had time to call.. When I got to the dealership, Barry spotted me coming in, met me, and took me to where I needed to sign for the car and introduced me to Steven Ross so that I could get my car. As always, great staff, great product, and a great dealership. More
