JC was extremely helpful and pro Just purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback Touring model last month from Juan Carlos Morales from Subaru of Pembroke Pines. JC was extremely helpful and professional, explained the whole process and discussed all the different leases and incentives available. My intention was to buy a used 2017 Outback with 26K miles, but he was able to get me in a 2018 brand new model for a couple grand more, making the difference in my payments a month were minimally more. Because we bought brand new, we were able to pick the exact color combo and options we wanted and he had the car delivered in three weeks from the factory Indiana. Also, he included a set of touring crossbars, all weather mats and tinted windows to sweeten the deal. And finally to top it off, he filled the Outback with a full tank of gas and my wife's Ford Expedition with a 35 gallon tank up as well. This was my first time purchasing a car brand new, as I have always bought used due to the instant depreciation all cars have as soon as they are driven off the lot. But with the incentives available, JC made it work and my wife and I are very happy with the experience and deal we were able to get. We are definitely happy Subaru customers now! More

Incomplete Bought a pre-owned car on a Friday. Brought it for service on Monday since the horn wasn’t working. The kept the car for 8 days, had me a rental ( the Bought a pre-owned car on a Friday. The kept the car for 8 days, had me a rental ( they told me it was going to be totally free since the reason of the service was a safety issue). Enterprice charged me an amount of money that they weren’t supposed to, Subaru service manager said they were going to refund the money back, after been at the dealer for several times, and they’ve kept back and foward saying that in a few days I should see the money back in the account, since they ended up talking to the Enterprice manager, long story short, it’s been more than one month and still no refund for what THEY SAID SINCE THE BEGGINING “WE WILL TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING FOR YOU, SINCE IS OUR RESPONSABILITY”. disorganized & very poor time estimation If you plan on going make sure you give yourself ample time beyond what they tell you. I received a notice for a recall and booked my appt online. I received 3 confirmations (phone link, text, email). I called to ask a question and was told they couldn't do the recall on Saturday because it takes 5 hours. I had to reschedule. On the day of my appt the the guy told me it only takes about 2 hours. He kept reassuring me. 4 1/2 hours later I called and was placed on hold for over 7 minutes so I hung up. Then I got a text saying my car was ready. EVERYTIME I go I spend hours there beyond their estimated time. I also called 3 times this past year about the Takata airbag recall (I received 3 notices) and they kept telling me there was no recall on my car, but my car was on the national registry. They really need to get their act together! More

At no time did he try to rush things. And it was an under warranty issue. And the next day the issue was solved before noon time. And the consultant called me to explain what was done and to advise that the car was ready. More

Christopher is always there to answer my call and get me to the right people and Joe, who helped me out this last time. Joe is always smiling and always courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. These guys treat you like family, and I always feel welcome. I am now a true blue Subaru owner in large part because of these guys! More
