Took my car for warranty claim The service consultant(Jaime Garcia) was very friendly and helpful to find out what my problem was, but the master technician wasn’t as much, my Subar The service consultant(Jaime Garcia) was very friendly and helpful to find out what my problem was, but the master technician wasn’t as much, my Subaru that only has about 600 had a shutter and vibration when the car is fully warmed up sitting at idle, they didn’t find the problem and the service representivie told me to go on a test drive with the mechanic but when he came in my car he just seemed greatly annoyed and generally pissed that he had to come in the car with me, when I wasn’t even the one who mentioned it, the problem still wasn’t fixed and they said to come back another day, hopefully I don’t get the same rude guy again and someone that actually wants to find out what the problem was, if not I’ll just drive up to coconut creek I guess. They did also replace the right front speaker which was blown but not as much of a concern as the vibration on a brand new vehicle More

Prompt and precise service for my Outback I had my appointment for the 36000 mile service for 9:15 Am. My service advisor introduced me to Aldo from sales and gave me a the nuts and bolts of the new Subaru Ascent. Jaime the service advisor is always in a pleasant mood when I go for service and gives me the essential recommendations for what the car needs serviced at the time of the appointment and what could wait for the next service. I extremely advise anyone who has a Subaru to get there service done at this dealer even if you purchased at one of the other dealers in Miami or Palm beach and there services are comparable with all shops ( dealers or Mom and Pop shops).
