He is very knowledgeable about their product line, friendly, but not pushy, very hard working, and extremely courteous. Andres is a true professional. It's also important to note that every employee my husband and I came across ensured that we were being looked after. He and Subaru of Pembroke Pines provided by far, the best customer service of all of the dealerships I encountered (4, in total) during my car search and I hope to return to him when I'm ready to trade in or purchase a new Subaru.
