Kyle Thompson and the Management team exceeded expectations I recently went with my daughter to purchase a Crosstrek. Kyle made a point of going over all the features a few times :) since the Crosstrek is loaded with bells and whistles. The negotiation process was simple, no pressure, and overall pleasant.
