Incompetent and dishonest. Dealer screwed up pricing in my favor, which I being an honest person corrected for them. After working though fixing all the paperwork and finalizing Dealer screwed up pricing in my favor, which I being an honest person corrected for them. After working though fixing all the paperwork and finalizing everything, at the very end I find out there is only one key. The manager and sales person at that point say too bad it is sold as is and there is only one key. So now, after fixing the dealerships pricing mistake to the tune of $10000 and likely saving several people their jobs, the thanks I get was they turn around and screw me over with a missing key. Now I have to go to another dealership and pay over $300 for a new electronic key which is a massive hassle. Why this was not disclosed up front points to either pure incompetence, or flat out dishonesty. In either case I would not recommend this dealer and if you get a good deal on any car here, then its probably tainted or something wrong that they are not telling you. In retrospect I should have never told them about their pricing error. More

Wonderful Experience at Subaru of Pembroke Pines I just purchased my third in two years Subaru from SPP. The reason? A pleasant, non-pressure sales approach and fair prices. Our Product Specialist, A I just purchased my third in two years Subaru from SPP. The reason? A pleasant, non-pressure sales approach and fair prices. Our Product Specialist, Aldo Vega, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable about Subarus. He seemed genuinely interested in matching us with the product that suited us and not "selling" us a car. After a few hours talking, he showed us a vehicle. The price was higher than I could budget. I let him know straight up that we would be researching other dealers and comparison shopping. On the way out Aldo introduced us to Igor Aranovskiy, the Sales Manager. He was very insistent that we come back and he would offer us the "very best deal anywhere." I eventually shopped two other dealers and got a better price (and that experience was not pleasant!). I called Aldo to give him a final offer. We spoke and he got my offer approved! Igor was telling the truth: I DID get the best deal in town! No pressure, no BS- a truly pleasant buying experience, actually, my third... awesome. More
