Spent $250 at coconut Creek and the issues wasn’t identified. 20 minutes after I presented my vehicle to Pembroke Pines Subaru they found the issue and ordered the part. Competence has no price higher than incompetence. I highly Recomend Pembroke Pines Subaru outstanding crew to reckless the mundane or difficult issues. They’re beyond awesome Thank you Chris! More

Alex has been the best sales person we have ever dealt with. He is personable, respectful, professional, and down to earth. The attention to our needs and detail is unsurpassed. We drove a hard bargain and Subaru was not only up for the challenge but stayed open late and made the deal happen. Alex has since followed up to make sure we are satisfied and to confirm we had no additional needs. He has made us feel like he had our back and we jokingly even mentioned inviting him to dinner. we will be needing another vehicle in the near future and will not be contacting anyone but Alex.
