Have a great process of notification by text message, do things on time and do a great Car Wash. The issues are that SUBARU does NOT cover first few years maintenance for new Ascent Touring like others; nor provide you a Loaner for same day things; does Subaru thinks that we go to the Dealer to Picnic... ? This is a huge deficiency. My mistake, I should have asked about Loaner Policy before switching from Audi to Subaru... Again, the Dealer is excellent service, Subaru Corp policies are deficient though. SAD More

Also they aren't open on Sunday even though it says they are. My only complaint was I was told my car would be washed and when I got it back it didnt seem like it was washed, just vacuumed.
