I was charged over $1,000 to replace an AC compressor on a 2019 Ascent that has just 57,000 miles. Multiple internet reports of rocks getting in these compressors. He says he trying to get approval from Subaru. It's been over three weeks - no answer. This car is my third Subaru, but if my money isn't refunded I'll never by another one. We have had both of our Subaru's in recently for service and we couldn't be happier with the service and the helpfulness from the staff. They discovered some things on my husband's outback that we were not and we couldn't be happier with the service and the helpfulness from the staff. They discovered some things on my husband's outback that we were not aware of and some covered by warranty so they gave him a super Loaner and fixed what was needed. Drives like a new car now. All of the Service Staff and also the Sales Staff were super friendly and he enjoyed his time waiting for his car. More

Do NOT purchase a car from this dealership! The General Manager Mike Wilson is a scam artist along with salesperson Nick.
