We have purchased 3 vehicles from Subaru of Little Rock over last few years. When ever we have had a problem, they have been courteous and prompt to repair it. They are always forth right about the problems and costs, if any. Our first Subaru Outback had to have major service and they repair it on the warranty with no out of pocket costs to us. Our most recent purchase was a used Subaru for our daughter & family. Quazatar was helpful and answer any questions that came up, or found out the answer very promptly. We agreed on a price and some repairs I requested. Billly was friendly and explained any questions that came up and made the dreariest part of buying a car fun. The service department (did not get his name, but he was on it immediately) found one of the repairs turned out to be more extensive than originally agreed up and more costly. This was explained to us and we understood it probably was not going to happen. Subaru not only honored the agreement but over an above and we were not charged for the repair. I was not anticipating that. They went over and above and we were not charged. You just don't find that level of commitment and service anymore. If I am asked about where to buy a car, I will most definitely recommend Subaru of Little Rock. The staff and people there are outstanding. Thank you! C. Bond & M.Kangas

Last few times that I've gone there for service( twice a year ir so)...the automatic car washer was out of service??!!?? As much as you all spent on the NEW service center, you cant upgrade the car wash area ??

I love the Subaru of Little Rock. I have never had a car dealership ever go that extra mile to be kind, helpful, quick, explanations even a 66 year old woman can understand! Kari was prompt, friendly and all of the above! Can not say enough and will buy another Subaru someday...but who knows I have an Outback Wilderness...they last forever!

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Appointment went great. service tech was very nice and kept me informed and even showed me a video of the service. Everything went smoothly and I will be back when future service is needed. Thank you.
