Mike Nelson is absolutely incredible. On top of training a new person, he was incredibly diligent with my entire time at the dealership taking time to not only answer my questions but als On top of training a new person, he was incredibly diligent with my entire time at the dealership taking time to not only answer my questions but also taking the appropriate time to answer the trainees questions. I can really tell he love Subaru and his passion for the product is infectious. When I was younger I really got screwed by a car dealership. So needless to say the financing and understanding the payments vs total cost after the contract was very important. Mike was great bringing me a few quotes and making I understood what exactly I was buying and how much everything was. I am very grateful to Mike and LV Subaru! More
