Amazing customer service . Edo and Sammy were patient , empathetic to our time constraints and needs , and pressure free. We were not in the market to purchase a car , but unf Edo and Sammy were patient , empathetic to our time constraints and needs , and pressure free. We were not in the market to purchase a car , but unfortunately our daughter was rear ended and her car was deemed “totaled” by the insurance company. We do not live in the area , we are on the east coast and had to do a lot of phone call and text exchanges. Edo and Sammy were both extremely available to the time zone differences . We had a few hiccups along the way due to the time differences and even with all the small difficulties, Edo and Sammy were polite and understanding.
