Subaru of Las Vegas broke the law and illegally ran a hard credit inquiry on me without my knowledge, or permission. I sold them a vehicle and the entire process took way too long and took way too much effort from me as the seller in holding their hand throughout the entire process to ensure they completed the tasks required. While the sale of my car was like pulling teeth, the biggest issue with this transaction is as follows: After I left the dealership, they illegally ran a hard credit inquiry on me without my knowledge, permission, or giving them any information. Again, I will say this is illegal and runs counter to the law outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It is their responsibility to resolve this issue to my satisfaction, which they failed to do. They requested that I divulge almost all of my personal information to a 3rd party company in hopes that they can remove the illegal credit pull. They requested my Social Security Number (which I never gave to them in the first place), photos of my social security card, and account numbers for any accounts that may have been affected. This is asinine. As I refuse to give that information to some company I have never heard of, they have thrown up their hands and given up on making me whole. I devoted a great deal of time and energy which contributed to a great deal of stress on my family in trying to fix their error. They have admitted what they did was wrong and illegal, yet have no desire to repair the damage they have done to me and subsequently their reputation. Avoid Findlay Auto Group - especially Subaru of Las Vegas - like the plague. More

I have purchased over 25 vehicles in my life and this was my first Subaru. This was by far the easiest, hassle free transaction. Found a well taken care of used Subaru and couldn’t be happier.
