I immediately felt like a valued, long-time customer. We worked with Bri who was incredibly personable, authentic, patient and knowledgeable. This was our first new car purchase in 15 years and our first electric car purchase so we had a lot of questions which Bri handled so professionally. We also felt warmly greeted and valued by the Sales Manager Andrea who handled the initial pieces of the finance deal. They orchestrated the smoothest car purchase I’ve had to date. And finally, both Daniel and Bret were patient, knowledgeable and just great guys willing to take the time to help us understand the features of the car. I don’t usually rave about car dealerships and I’m slow to warm up but I can seriously say I feel like a valued member of the Subaru Family!
