This is the second Subaru Forester that we have purchased in the last four years from Subaru of Las Vegas. As senior citizen buyers Mark took the time to clearly explain every detail ensuring we did not have any unanswered questions or that we did not understand exactly what we, as buyers, needed to do to complete the purchase process in a smooth and timely manner. When it was time for the financing portion of the process Brad Grunwald from financing took over and, again exhibiting the same courteous and professional attitude Mark, walked us through the multitude of paperwork in a stress free and extremely timely manner.
