I came back three times - once to see if my granddaughter’s wheelchair would fit in the back of the Outback, again with my grandson to see the colors and again with a CD to hear the sound system (really great sound) Richard answered all my email questions quickly and sent me quotes on four different cars. I really felt comfortable, not pressured in making my choice. SOLD More

Deceptive practices Paid $8000.00 to Subaru of Kings Auto Mall for an engine re-manufacturing. Procedure took 6 months. I was told before the project started I would Paid $8000.00 to Subaru of Kings Auto Mall for an engine re-manufacturing. Procedure took 6 months. I was told before the project started I would receive a 36 month/ 100, 000 mile warranty. When the project was completed, I was denied a warranty held by Subaru of Kings Auto mall. I was told that the warranty was held by the company that did the engine re-manufacturing work. The warranty was not available for review until two month after the repair was completed. . I advised in writing, my position to the Service Manager, General Manager, and CEO of Subaru of America, that I was lead to believe that Subaru was providing me with the warranty as stated by the Service Manager. Their response was unprofessional and at best, deceptive. The Director of Customer service, whom I contact at Subaru of America Corporate, told me “The issue was between me and Subaru of Kings Auto mall.” I consulted a lawyer to examine the warranty and was told “The warranty provided by the re-manufacturing company was not comprehensive to the degree necessary to make it valid.” He stated it was worthless. I will never purchase a Subaru again and made a pledge to share this experience with as many of my professional colleagues as possible. I am still pursuing and will continue to pursue my right to have a warranty held by Subaru Kings Auto Mall. More

Although well over 100,000 miles, and 12 years old, no one has ever pressured me to purchase a new Subar My Subaru was just in for some minor service. Although well over 100,000 miles, and 12 years old, no one has ever pressured me to purchase a new Subaru. Rather, I am told I have a lot of miles left! I love my Outback’s pick up, comfort, and maneuverability. Everyone in Service has always been helpful, straightforward and pleasant to deal with, especially Lisa. My questions are answered honestly! More
