I came in for tire repair. I asked to also check the seat positioning memory. Ryan the service Advisor was courteous. When I had the estimate on the telephone, I was told it will cost $300 +tax. But I was very surprised with $90 fees for diagnosis and plugging in the Seat Memory button because they were unoperable. I was never told about the fee. More

I recently made a purchase from this dealership. I was amazed at their ability to change the customer experience into one that wasn’t typical of the normal car buying experience. These guys made it a simple and easy experience. If you also hate the normal “dance” of buying a car (4 hours at the dealership, sales guys going back and forth to “get the deal you want w/ the finance guys”, etc.) I didn’t experience any of this xx here. Excellent customer service. I called ahead of time, gave them all my info and they had everything ready when I go there! Better than Carvana in my opinion. Thanks to Mark and Stephen for taking such great care of us! My next new or used car purchase will be from Subaru at the Kings Auto Mall. More
