Subaru dealer is very accommodating when my car needs service. It is always concerning when there is something out of the ordinary is wrong with the car but I can trust they will make it safe and reliab service. Service department folks are good to deal with however I’m still yet to receive a call from them to let me know a part is in so that my remote ignition feature will actually work. Being a new resident to this area I went to this dealership as it was due for its one year checkup. I made an apt with a very knowledgeable woman service manager , she was extremely helpful on what dealership as it was due for its one year checkup. I made an apt with a very knowledgeable woman service manager , she was extremely helpful on what I should have done and recommended a package that would include three oil changes and tire rotations which I did get which saved some money. At the apt everyone was helpful and I waited and in an hour I was finished. Very busy shop but also seemed very efficient in getting done what was needed. More
I’ve always had the best service with no complaints. My last visit for an oil change had a few issues. We were told the wait would be about 30 minutes, it ended up being two hours. We noticed the next morning there was oil on the floor of our garage. They responded immediately to come in and assess the car and make sure that it was safe to drive. We brought it back to the dealership being told it would only be about 20 minutes. It was well over an hour before we had the car back. The issue was the oil pan not being changed. Again, response back was so quick with wanting to come and clean our garage floor. We much appreciatef that, but it wasn’t necessary, as it was a small spot that we easily cleaned. Disappointed with the long waits, and the fact that we had to return for a mistake that they made. This is not the normal for this dealership, and I believe it to be a one off and would hope it wouldn’t happen again. More
