Overall it was a good buying experience. However I was given a thumb drive with all my documents, but after trying three separate computers it would not open. I was not given a temporary registration when I left the dealership. It has been about 33 days since my purchase and do not have my title or registration. Have called a few times and was told they would get with the office and let me know. Today February 1st have nothing. Would give a five but the unanswered questions have knocked that down to a three. The salesman's desk are is crowded and you can over here the peoples transactions taking place. More

Being a new resident to this area I went to this dealership as it was due for its one year checkup. I made an apt with a very knowledgeable woman service manager , she was extremely helpful on what dealership as it was due for its one year checkup. I made an apt with a very knowledgeable woman service manager , she was extremely helpful on what I should have done and recommended a package that would include three oil changes and tire rotations which I did get which saved some money. At the apt everyone was helpful and I waited and in an hour I was finished. Very busy shop but also seemed very efficient in getting done what was needed. More
