I was very pleased with the way I was treated at Kings Subaru. They were fair without being pushy. I told what I wanted in a car and they came up with the perfect option. A blue Forster fit my needs. I am disappointed with the service I received from this company after sale. During the sale, I was informed that the registration title and license plate would be sent to my home address by mail. Additiona company after sale. During the sale, I was informed that the registration title and license plate would be sent to my home address by mail. Additionally, it was stated that the excess amount from the check I provided during the sale would be sent back to me as a check to my home address. For over two weeks, I couldn’t get a tracking number or a proof of shipment. The only communication I received from this company during this time was a text message stating that the registration and check were mailed on February 26th. They told me that the plate was not issued because I don't have an Ohio driver's license, despite being told during the sale that the plate would be included in the sale price and issued by their company to be mailed to my address. When I asked sales manager about this during our phone conversation, he said there must have been a mistake and that he would check on it immediately, but, I still haven't heard back. Nobody informed me that my Ohio driver's license number would be needed when querying the plate number, even though I do have an Ohio driver's license now. I told sales manager and assistant that I can provide my Ohio Driver license now. Again promises about to call me back the other day but silence! They are unprofessional and their behavior is unacceptable! I never work with this company again! More

Overall it was a good buying experience. However I was given a thumb drive with all my documents, but after trying three separate computers it would not open. I was not given a temporary registration when I left the dealership. It has been about 33 days since my purchase and do not have my title or registration. Have called a few times and was told they would get with the office and let me know. Today February 1st have nothing. Would give a five but the unanswered questions have knocked that down to a three. The salesman's desk are is crowded and you can over here the peoples transactions taking place. More
