I rated my experience at this dealership as excellent mainly because of the two salespeople with whom I worked. Both men were noticeably professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. When I went on a test mainly because of the two salespeople with whom I worked. Both men were noticeably professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. When I went on a test drive with Mr. Finger, he thoroughly explained the qualities of the Subaru Legacy. Until I drove the car and learned the details that he described, I was seriously considering purchasing another Honda Accord, a car that I've driven for many years. Mr. Finger was not a high-pressure type of salesperson, which would have driven me away from the dealership. Instead he clearly presented the assets of the Legacy and then noted the model and options that interested me. Mr. Finger did not "push" me into buying extras, but he did suggest a couple items that I decided to add to a car that he found for me at another dealership. I appreciated that he was able to find the exact car that I wanted. I also appreciated the way he negotiated the sale price. Then Mr. Loaiza assisted with the final details of the sale. He too was very courteous and knowledgeable. He went over all the information that I needed to finalize the sale of my new car. Mr. Loaiza even contacted me about a flaw in the topcoat that was noticed when my new car arrived from out of town. It was something I probably wouldn't have noticed right away, but something that the Kings Subaru dealership made right at their expense. As a result of this repair, I could not pick up my new car on the anticipated date. However, I preferred that the car was fixed. The people in the service department were also helpful. What also impressed me was that both Mr. Finger and Mr. Loaiza thanked me at different times for my patience. Yes, I did get a loaner car while the repair was being made, but being thanked made a difference too. When I did pick up my car, Mr. Loaiza thoroughly reviewed the operation of the car. He even set up my phone connection with the car. My husband had purchased a 2012 Subaru at another dealer in another state. While he was pleased with that dealer's service, I don't think that he received half of the information that I received from Mr. Loaiza. He reviewed the info with me and made sure that I knew how to run the car , the navigation system, and the Eye Saver. He also followed up with a phone call a couple days later to ask if I had any questions about the car. Thus, overall, I had a very positive experience when purchasing my new car from this dealership. This was our first visit to Kings Automall and the first Subaru we have ever owned. Mr. Greg Donaldson was professional, not aggressive and did not try any financial sleight of hand like some sales representatives we have dealt with in the past have done. He was very knowledgeable about all the features of the vehicle and was thorough in his explanation of the details. We had done our homework before going to look at the Outback. We knew the prices of options and base costs as well as what others were paying for similarly equipped models. We were satisfied with the price we paid for the vehicle. The internet has done wonders to level the playing field for customers who buy vehicles every few years from those who sell them everyday for their livelihood. In the past, customers were at a significant disadvantage not having the resources available to them that we have today. Subaru of Kings Automall apparently understands and embraces this change and is working with informed customers in a non-confrontational way. Even the F&I person was easy to deal with. She offered us the various options and extended warranties and accepted our decision without attempting to make us feel we were making a mistake. In fairness to other dealerships, perhaps many of them have this same progressive attitude concerning the sale of automobiles. Not all do but fortunately for the buying public those places are a dying breed. More
The manager was condescending and Unprofessional. The manager did slightly lower the price of the car BUT as far as any future problems with the car there was not much compromise. I think they are mor manager did slightly lower the price of the car BUT as far as any future problems with the car there was not much compromise. I think they are more concerned about meeting their sales goal numbers than taking care of the customer. If they could sell you a bike and convince you it is a car they would. We purchased a used vehicle here and had it checked by a mechanic. The mechanic stated the car seems to be in decent condition but someone had recently wiped out the the engine codes on the car and he thought it might be tampering. We brought this up with the manager that there looks like a check engine light may have been on the car and someone recently cleared the codes. He claimed he did not know anything about this. We requested that if the check engine light comes on we should be able to bring it back after so many miles. He only gave us ONLY 100 miles and before the week was over the CHECK ENGINE light came on. My husband spoke with the manager and mentioned the check engine light came on and it MIGHT be the catalytic converter. Manager Rick proceed to say "I would not worry about fixing it because they don't do emission checks anymore" If this was Rick's car he would have had it fixed. He was very uncooperative and he got his money and did not care. Purchased a used vehicle from here and I will NEVER come back or recommend anyone to buy a car here . BAD customer service with a serious attitude. Some of the car sales guys stand around and talk about the customers.. Overheard some talking about the customers and this is very unprofessional. BAD SERVICE !!! Their quote on their website for customer service is a joke !!!! More
The service department will lie to you. We went in for an oil change on a used car we purchased from them. I told them I was hearing the brake pad sensors and asked for them to check the brakes during inspec oil change on a used car we purchased from them. I told them I was hearing the brake pad sensors and asked for them to check the brakes during inspection. They came out afterward and told me I had 5mm left. 1 month later my car starts making a grinding noise. I take it to a friend who tells me that I need to replace my back rotors because they are metal on metal. So now have to spend extra money because their service department doesn't do what they say. We've had nothing but problems with this car that they sold to us. More

He was knowledgable about my Leagcy and the navigation system. Did I mention that I got Free Lifetime Oil Changes for as long as I own this Legacy. That's going to save me a lot of money. I also got a 2012 Hamilton County Park sticker. That was a bonus. More
Purchased my Impreza at Beechmont Subaru from Rick Corsmeier. The reason I went to Beechmont Subaru is because of Rick. He sold our daughter her Jeep Liberty when he worked at Kings Jeep. Very nice Corsmeier. The reason I went to Beechmont Subaru is because of Rick. He sold our daughter her Jeep Liberty when he worked at Kings Jeep. Very nice guy. I've been taking my car in for the scheduled oil changes but have not been happy with the people who work in the service department. I had to take my car in for a recall and didn't want to take it to Beechmont due to my not feeling confident about them working on my vehicle. I had the wiper blades replaced at one oil change but luckily found out as I was going down Beechmont Avenue headed home that they had forgotten to put the wiper blades on. So.... I had to turn around and go back. I live in Reading, OH and it is quite a distance to the Beechmont dealership so I was not a very happy camper. I called Rick when I received the letter regarding the recall on my vehicle and was excited to learn that he now works at the Subaru dealership in Kings Automall!! I am a widow and trust Rick's judgement totally. I took my car into Kings Automall Subaru and will not be taking my car back to Beechmont ever again if I can help it. I worked with Mark in the Service Department and he couldn't have been nicer. The people who work there are all so very nice and make you feel appreciated and comfortable as soon as you walk into their dealership. More
