Buyer beware! Something should have told me to drive away as fast as I could when I had to ask someone to help my husband and me. The car was on E when we took it for a test drive, had to call to get the go ahead to put enough gas in it to get back. They didn't give us our $10 with the receipt, we were further inconvenienced to have to drive our vehicle to Costco for $10 in gas!!!!! VERY SAD AND PATHETIC More

Stephen Stocks looked at the online inventory and also spoke to the used car manager to see if any new used cars had come in, in the last day or two and were not reflected online. He found us a really excellent 2008 Honda Civic and he was willing to compromise and help us and make sure it met our safety and budget requirements. I would definitely come back here when we need to buy our next car which we hope is a Subaru. More

Visiting Subaru of Kings Automall and talking to Stephen has put me at ease in making my future choice. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and did not treat me as just a commission. Buying a Car was Never so Relaxing! I'm a 27 year old Female and have always driven a Hand-me-down vehicle, this was my first time car shopping and my first new car. I was nervous; I'd I'm a 27 year old Female and have always driven a Hand-me-down vehicle, this was my first time car shopping and my first new car. I was nervous; I'd accompanied my parents to buy a vehicle when I was a teenager but I didn't have to pay attention to the important stuff. I have never been good with extremely pushy people and my experience (television) told me to expect a pushy salesman. I took my fiancé since he knows more about cars and car shopping. I was so happy we were given John A. to be our sales representative because he was receptive and easy-going. He asked what I was looking for and it helped that I knew just I wanted. We went out to the lot to talk about the different kinds of Foresters available and what features they had. We compared my favorites (Subaru Forester, Toyota Rav4, and Honda CR-V) in price, safety, features available, space, etc and watched a video that compared the All Wheel Drive Handling of many different brands. John knew that I was comparing the Forester to other Brands and he did a great job steering my focus onto the Subaru by using Subaru's POSITIVE qualities, instead of focusing and reiterating their competitions' NEGATIVE qualities. It's something we're used to: people don't tell WHY to use their products/services as much as they tell us WHY NOT to use other products/services. It was refreshing to experience and did more to gain my favor and confidence with Subaru than anything else (I had already done quite a bit of research on the cars out there and what little details they contained). I was lucky in that Kings Subaru had just received a couple of Supply Trucks so the Lot was full to Bursting. Although it took a while to get my car undressed and road ready the wait was filled with a tour of a facility and the people I would likely see when I returned for my routine car care. We talked amicably and the negotiations for price were way more painless than I had anticipated! I loved the car I Test Drove and I love my Subaru! I love the Eye Sight feature that increases mine and my family's safety. The All Wheel Drive really grips the road and the car feels secure - I can't wait to try it out in the snow! I know not every experience will be as easy-going and as lucky as mine had been but I believe when you go to King's Subaru, and especially if you have John A., you will have a POSITIVE car buying experience. I've already told everyone in my acquaintance to think about a Subaru and if they are in the market to start at the King's Auto Mall. Thank you everyone at Subaru of King's for your friendly demeanor and relaxed atmosphere, it is more powerful than you can truly know. More
