Great Dealership I leased a new Outback from Michael, and during the whole process like finance and when he told me about the car afterwards he was so nice and made me I leased a new Outback from Michael, and during the whole process like finance and when he told me about the car afterwards he was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. He even came to my work and delivered my car to me and paired my husbands phone to the car radio. Thank you Michael, I was treated like I was a priority. Michael told me he came from a Lincoln dealer and there is no doubt he treated his customers that way with such expensive cars. Good luck at Subaru Michael! More

I searched high and low from the internet to the actual businesses, but was always left unsatisfied. Then I saw it, a 2007 Nissan Sentra SE-R, one of several cars that I had considered. Ruben, a salesman that I had previously spoken with but couldn't strike a deal on a previous car, was there to help me with this Nissan. Before I knew it, I was in the cockpit blasting off in the little pocket rocket. I loved the car and decided to talk numbers. At first, it seemed we couldn't come to an agreement, then he brought Jorge Osorio (the used car manager) into the mix. I could tell from his level of charisma and firm handshake, that this was a man that truly cared about my experience. He made several offers and we finally came to an agreement. It wasn't too taxing or time consumptive, both of these salesmen, as well as every other representative I came into contact with, bore a healthy smile and genuine personality. I am now the proud owner of this Nissan and haven't stopped grinning since. Thanks brothers, I found the perfect car, but you both made sure that it would be mine. Next time I need a car, I know the first place I'm going to check. Did I mention he saved me over $3000? :D More
Apparently I'm invisible I went here one day wanting to purchase a new Brz. A couple of my friends and I looked at a few cars on the lot and then went into the showroom. At no point during my time there was I ever even acknowledged by a salesman. I even sat in a car in the showroom, but the acted as if I wasn't even there. They weren't busy at the time either. So I decided to leave and go to a different dealership. More
Check engine light fixed by dealership, oil leak after truck was driven home fixed at my expense by dealership. Check engine for problem that was said to be fixed while driving to Louisville. Problem diagnosed by Chevy dealer for same problem that was said to be fixed by dealership. E-mailed sales agent and dealership and they never responded back. During buying process, we always kept in touch via e-mail. $1100 later the truck is running as it should again. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

He made the experience fun and less of a hassle... he texted me updates on where we were in the process of the deal and worked with my busy schedule to get me the car quickly! I was lucky enough to find a Subaru Forester Premium on their lot that had been a pre-owned car with less than 8,000 miles on it. Unfortunately, Foresters aren't easy to find because there aren't a lot of them around. The dealership probably could have turned me down and sold the car I purchased at a higher price within a day or two because it is such a high demand car, but I feel like they really worked with me to get me a decent enough price for such a high demand pre-owned car. Even though the person who was borrowing it while their car was in service didn't take good care of it, the dealership worked hard to replace/fix everything we pointed out to them and made it look practically new! My wife and I looked here three times before settling on exactly what she wanted. The sales rep (Nixon) said they were interested in selling cars and had a great sale running. We told him we were coming in to finalize the deal and take the new car that evening, a Thursday. We went in a and chose the white XV CrossTrek on the showroom. Mr. Nixon put the numbers on the buyers order and I noticed no discount or price reduction at all. I asked about it and he said he would talk to his manager. He did, and I overheard him request a new salesman work with us because we were unreasonable. I chuckled and pointed out that I thought that was a bit rude and the manager told us to ". . . get the xxxx out of his building!" Funny thing, we had told him we were looking for 2 cars. Went out Saturday and then by Sunday we found a blue XV CrossTrek with more equipment at Beechmont Subaru. We filled out theater work and picked up the new car Monday evening! Oh, BTW we got a new 2014 Camaro a couple weeks ago as well. Way to blow it Kings. Terrible customer service from them cost them 2 new car sales and at least 3 friends have bought new cars based on our referrals & not from Kings!! More
I resently purchased a Certified Subaru from Manny white. I thought I would share my experience. When I came into the dealership I was greeted by Manny. He was very easy to talk. I rated my experience at this dealership as excellent mainly because of the two salespeople with whom I worked. Both men were noticeably professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. When I went on a test drive with Mr. Finger, he thoroughly explained the qualities of the Subaru Legacy. Until I drove the car and learned the details that he described, I was seriously considering purchasing another Honda Accord, a car that I've driven for many years. Mr. Finger was not a high-pressure type of salesperson, which would have driven me away from the dealership. Instead he clearly presented the assets of the Legacy and then noted the model and options that interested me. Mr. Finger did not "push" me into buying extras, but he did suggest a couple items that I decided to add to a car that he found for me at another dealership. I appreciated that he was able to find the exact car that I wanted. I also appreciated the way he negotiated the sale price. Then Mr. Loaiza assisted with the final details of the sale. He too was very courteous and knowledgeable. He went over all the information that I needed to finalize the sale of my new car. Mr. Loaiza even contacted me about a flaw in the topcoat that was noticed when my new car arrived from out of town. It was something I probably wouldn't have noticed right away, but something that the Kings Subaru dealership made right at their expense. As a result of this repair, I could not pick up my new car on the anticipated date. However, I preferred that the car was fixed. The people in the service department were also helpful. What also impressed me was that both Mr. Finger and Mr. Loaiza thanked me at different times for my patience. Yes, I did get a loaner car while the repair was being made, but being thanked made a difference too. When I did pick up my car, Mr. Loaiza thoroughly reviewed the operation of the car. He even set up my phone connection with the car. My husband had purchased a 2012 Subaru at another dealer in another state. While he was pleased with that dealer's service, I don't think that he received half of the information that I received from Mr. Loaiza. He reviewed the info with me and made sure that I knew how to run the car , the navigation system, and the Eye Saver. He also followed up with a phone call a couple days later to ask if I had any questions about the car. Thus, overall, I had a very positive experience when purchasing my new car from this dealership.
