A very pleasant experience I put off buying a new car for over a year, mainly because I can't stand the games that are common with some dealerships. But from the moment we arri I put off buying a new car for over a year, mainly because I can't stand the games that are common with some dealerships. But from the moment we arrived on the lot, the whole experience was completely awesome. We found a car we liked, took a test drive, and told the salesman there was another brand we wanted to compare. No pressure - he just handed us his card and said to call if we had any questions. A couple of hours later we were back, this time to buy. There was none of the traditional haggling, The salesman showed us the dealer invoice and asked what we had in mind. I knew what kind of discount to expect, so I made my offer accordingly and it was accepted. Financing was equally pleasant. We got a great interest rate, and no hard-pressure upsell on things like extended warranty, credit life, etc. We picked our payment option, signed a few papers, and drove home. In less than two hours, these folks earned my business and when I think about buying a car again, I'll be back. This is the way it should be. If you're in the area and looking for a Subaru, this is the place to go. More

I was definitely not expecting to drive home in an amazing vehicle that day as I would have needed more time to put together money for a downpayment. However, my salesman Nick and the team at Kings Subaru offered me a great deal on the exact car I wanted and I was able to drive it off the lot that day! Nick listened to my needs and concerns and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want/couldn't afford. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and accommodating. Definitely the easiest car buying experience I've ever had or even heard of! I will definitely go back to Kings Subaru in the future and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable car and an easy shopping experience. More

Aaron was our salesperson - he was very polite and gave us time and space to look the truck over. We were able to take the truck out for a short test drive. No high pressure sales here! We decided the very day we looked at the truck to purchase. Our sale was handled professionally and expeditiously. At purchase, we were only provided with 1 key. My husband called Aaron the next day to find out how to have a duplicate key made (which is quite expensive). Aaron gave him the necessary info. My husband was checking into this, and then within an hour, Aaron called back - second key found! We believe he went above and beyond to find the second key for our truck - this effort after the sale is commendable. Would highly recommend this dealership and this salesperson. More

He is hands down the best car salesman that I met at Kings Automall and made the car buying experience enjoyable. Ask for Nick and Jorge at Kings Subaru, and you will get the best care! Dealing with the finance department was less than enjoyable, but that is to be expected. More
It's always fun being "wrong" about everything I purchased a used GMC Terrain from this dealership. Right from the begining, I had a feeling we were going to have some issues with the service depar I purchased a used GMC Terrain from this dealership. Right from the begining, I had a feeling we were going to have some issues with the service department. First, when I purchased the vehicle, it needed a few things done to it before we took it home. Yes, these few things are things that I had requested be done. So, after everything was worked out they kept the car and said it'd be a week or so. Almost a month later I recieved my car. It kept just being one excuse after another. Even after that happening, this is not what I came here to complain about. After having the car (finally) and being able to drive it..we noticed a few more problems and the check engine light came on, so we decided to take it to the dealership to get serviced since it was under warranty. My husband is actually a mechanic (and has been for quite some time) so he looked everything over and diagnosed all the issues before taking it in. We got to the dealership, and listed the 3 things that needed to be taken care of. I initialed a few blank pages and a list of the issues and we were on our way, they said they'd call us in a few days. So, to make a very long story short, they had my vehicle for 2 weeks and over those 2 weeks called me MULTIPLE times.. and every time they called they were giving me some bull crap reason as to why they weren't fixing my car.. blaming one problem on the next and saying they weren't hearing noises that were there when I dropped it off and (GUESS WHAT?!) still there when I picked it back up!! So, thank goodness that my vehicle was under warranty for them to refuse to fix anything and make up bull crap excuses to not fix it. THEN I go to pick up my car after they did NOTHING to it, and they tried to charge me almost a hundred dollars!! I said ummmm....for what?? The response "to diagnose the problem" I told them that was ridiculous, everything was supposed to be covered by the warranty.. the man behind the counter pulls out those BLANK pieces of paper I initialed when I first dropped the car off and magically, some things gotten written in afterwards making it seem like I agreed to pay something etc etc. The guy knew right away that I was livid when I told him that someone wrote it in afterwards and that I wasn't gonna pay for anything, and he said I would just have to remember next time that I would likely owe for something like that.. he probably let me walk because he knew they were in the wrong. So, pretty soon my car will be out of warranty and they will have done nothing that they are supposed to take care of, yay! One of which is a transmission issue (which they blamed on something completely unrelated and wanted to charge me an additional $3,000 for)! Awesome! So, overall, I would not recommend this dealership! Once they have your money they leave you high and dry!! And don't bother trying to call and talk to anyone about it!! Because they are never available and don't answer the phone, leave you on hold for 25 minutes, and then hang up on you!! NOT WORTH IT!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE! More
