They gave us a fair price on our trade in, and the whole process was actually pleasant! Geoff had great customer service, was helpful, friendly and professional. We actually felt like we had know him for a long time. He was also very prompt in following up with us on some questions we had a week after the transaction. But the tactic I was subjected to for the first time is a repeated pattern It's common knowledge dealers screw you on price or interest rate or both. But the tactic I was subjected to for the first time is a repeated pattern of entrapment (put 500 down - without specifying interest rate or agreeing to the price, or the discount), waiting (please wait we are busy with other customers or I have to talk to the manager or let me go get your documents) and artificial scarcity (we already sold that one, we don't have any cars right now). For example, The sales person waited for an hour to get a folder from a room, got the folder only to start the negotiation again from scratch. It is a process designed to wear you down and make the wrong decision. They are simply not interested in honest business. And when the deal didn't work out rather than being polite and declining to do the deal, they start abusing and talking condescendingly "You do not want to buy a Subaru!??" Take your business elsewhere, do your research before, secure financing before hand and negotiate only on the price. Also keep your options open - Subarus aren't the only cars around. More

Although, I had to wait for the car to get shipped to the dealership, Geoff did every I bought my new Subaru Crosstrek and the process was so smooth. Although, I had to wait for the car to get shipped to the dealership, Geoff did everything he could to find one closer that could be shipped faster. The finance department found a better interest rate for my loan, which was a very pleasant surprise! Geoff explained every part of my car and I felt very comfortable driving away with it. The service advisor was also very helpful in explaining my future routine maintenance needs and gave me tips on maintaining the vehicle. More

Saturday morning I had checked the website just to make sure the car was still available, but to my avail it was no longer posted. We had made the trip up there to see what was going on, only to find out they took it down for us, had it pristinely detailed and ready for us and one final test drive. No hassle with financing as everything was quick and efficient with multiple options. Definitely would buy another car from them and very highly reccomended to all of my friends and family! More

We called the dealership asking about a specific car and we were lucky enough to have Spencer Johnson be the one to answer our call. He was very patient and answered every question I had, and never once seemed pushy. When we got to the lot, Spencer and his manager Jorge Osorio took excellent care of us, going so far as to go to another dealership and bring a different car back for us to look at. Again, we were on a tight budget and these guys made it work. We got a great deal on a 2013 Dodge Avenger that we couldn't be more pleased with. They actually made us feel comfortable and important, which unfortunately in our experience is rare at a car dealership. We will recommend this dealership, especially Spencer and Jorge, to anyone we know who is in the market, as they were so easy to work with and they calmed our nerves on a very stressful day. If you want an honest and fair deal, go and visit Spencer or Jorge, as you won't be disappointed! More
