It's always fun being "wrong" about everything I purchased a used GMC Terrain from this dealership. Right from the begining, I had a feeling we were going to have some issues with the service depar I purchased a used GMC Terrain from this dealership. Right from the begining, I had a feeling we were going to have some issues with the service department. First, when I purchased the vehicle, it needed a few things done to it before we took it home. Yes, these few things are things that I had requested be done. So, after everything was worked out they kept the car and said it'd be a week or so. Almost a month later I recieved my car. It kept just being one excuse after another. Even after that happening, this is not what I came here to complain about. After having the car (finally) and being able to drive it..we noticed a few more problems and the check engine light came on, so we decided to take it to the dealership to get serviced since it was under warranty. My husband is actually a mechanic (and has been for quite some time) so he looked everything over and diagnosed all the issues before taking it in. We got to the dealership, and listed the 3 things that needed to be taken care of. I initialed a few blank pages and a list of the issues and we were on our way, they said they'd call us in a few days. So, to make a very long story short, they had my vehicle for 2 weeks and over those 2 weeks called me MULTIPLE times.. and every time they called they were giving me some bull crap reason as to why they weren't fixing my car.. blaming one problem on the next and saying they weren't hearing noises that were there when I dropped it off and (GUESS WHAT?!) still there when I picked it back up!! So, thank goodness that my vehicle was under warranty for them to refuse to fix anything and make up bull crap excuses to not fix it. THEN I go to pick up my car after they did NOTHING to it, and they tried to charge me almost a hundred dollars!! I said ummmm....for what?? The response "to diagnose the problem" I told them that was ridiculous, everything was supposed to be covered by the warranty.. the man behind the counter pulls out those BLANK pieces of paper I initialed when I first dropped the car off and magically, some things gotten written in afterwards making it seem like I agreed to pay something etc etc. The guy knew right away that I was livid when I told him that someone wrote it in afterwards and that I wasn't gonna pay for anything, and he said I would just have to remember next time that I would likely owe for something like that.. he probably let me walk because he knew they were in the wrong. So, pretty soon my car will be out of warranty and they will have done nothing that they are supposed to take care of, yay! One of which is a transmission issue (which they blamed on something completely unrelated and wanted to charge me an additional $3,000 for)! Awesome! So, overall, I would not recommend this dealership! Once they have your money they leave you high and dry!! And don't bother trying to call and talk to anyone about it!! Because they are never available and don't answer the phone, leave you on hold for 25 minutes, and then hang up on you!! NOT WORTH IT!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE! More
Excellent Experience My wife and I had done our research on cars and we went in knowing we wanted a Legacy. At that point, we were relying on our sales rep to give us the risks/benefits of new vs used and a breakdown of the Legacy models. We were fortunate to work with Aaron Dries, who was by all accounts a pleasure to spend an evening with. He was very professional and non-threatening, and worked with us for a few hours to make sure we got the absolutely best price on the car we really wanted. We also enjoyed working with the contracts office (unfortunately I cannot remember her name, but she was great!). We've been driving our new Legacy for a month now and we love it! And I have been telling everyone I know to check out Subaru at Kings Auto Mall and ask for Aaron! More

Wonderful experience I have never owned a Subaru before and was interested in the Crosstrek. Aaron approached me and my daughter. He told me all about the Crosstrek and we I have never owned a Subaru before and was interested in the Crosstrek. Aaron approached me and my daughter. He told me all about the Crosstrek and we test drove one. They didn't have what I wanted instock. Aaron found the exact one that I wanted... The color, sunroof and in my price range. It was being delivered. As soon as it came in, he called me. I now own my first Subaru that I'm in love with, and having a wonderful salesman like Aaron helping out made the experience even better. He is really cares about his customers! I definitely recommend that if you're in the market for a Subaru go see Aaron. More
