I am driving from Dayton. When I pulled up in the morning, I was about the 5th car in a long line for a scheduled routine service appointment. I told them I had to wait on the car so if it wasn't goi morning, I was about the 5th car in a long line for a scheduled routine service appointment. I told them I had to wait on the car so if it wasn't going to be done in 2 hours I would take a loaner car and come back the next day. 2 1/2 hours later I was told it needed new brakes and a light fixed (which I told them about from the beginning). It would take a "good" hour. I declined the repair and asked for my car back so I could make the hour return trip to Dayton. I gave THEM the option so that they could have a satisfied customer. Half of a day was used up and I still did not receive the complete maintenance I needed. It will have to wait until spring when I have another day to waste. More

Had our Outback in for service on Friday morning for a recall and they were amazing. Car was completed much faster than I anticipated and done flawlessly. I was shopping around for a new vehicle. I contacted a few dealerships. Two of the dealerships was able to reach near my price. The next day about 9am I called Subaru of Kings Automall (Cincinnati/Mason, few dealerships. Two of the dealerships was able to reach near my price. The next day about 9am I called Subaru of Kings Automall (Cincinnati/Mason, Ohio) regarding financing a vehicle. The first discussion Stephen could not meet my price. I receive an email few hours about a lease offer. I though.. yeah.. here we go..cat and mouse game. I have always heard negative comments about leasing. I listen to Stephen about the advantages and disadvantages. I was almost sold. The closing deal was monthly payments, gap insurance no added cost, AWD and all of the safety features. I was sold. The process of buying the vehicle, was AWESOME easy, all computerize with a flash drive. I did not have to spend hours of signing papers. The finance manager Aaron did an EXCELLENT job of explaining every detail. I feel bad about one thing, Aaron and Stephen stayed well over the closing time, but they did it with grace. Plus, the dealership will order my license plates. In three years, I cant wait to lease again. – Rickie More
