I took my Subaru there for tire alignment & rotation. They came up w $4200+ issues. When taken to another place only cost me $350+. Most items were not a problem at all!! I've been coming to Subaru of Gwinnett since 2015 and am very pleased with the service. It's the only place I've taken my Subaru for maintenance. I came in recently for an oil change and during the multi-po very pleased with the service. It's the only place I've taken my Subaru for maintenance. I came in recently for an oil change and during the multi-point inspection, it was discovered that my rear brakes were low. I was able to get the brakes replaced. I think Frank was the name of the Service Representative who attended to me. A Big Thank You to all at Subaru of Gwinnett. More
Yes, because the service advisors are always very nice. BUT I had an issue with the driver's side map light being out - had the same issue about a year ago on the passenger one. There were wires that wer BUT I had an issue with the driver's side map light being out - had the same issue about a year ago on the passenger one. There were wires that were loose in the overhead unit so the tech tightened them up and we had a light. Fast forward to a day ago, when the tech working on my vehicle said it is probably the light bulb - which they did not have in stock so they need to order one and I can bring the car back to have them replace the bulb......hmmm. I asked Kailyn (SA) if the tech considered pulling the working bulb from the passenger side to try it out in the driver side. Kailyn talked to the tech and informed me No, that's not their procedure. So now I get to go back when the light bulb comes in so they can try that bulb out. Doesn't make sense to me because if it's not the bulb then they will have to replace the overhead unit as the last tech told me. Oh well, I have some PTO hours I have to use up anyway. More

Shaun (didn't see his name in the Service Dept. listing) was very courteous and professional! Brought my Forester Sport in for 12-month service, and everyone was courteous and helpful. The car wash on the exterior was great, however the interior must have been forgotten. When I brought it in for the 6-month service, interior was outstanding. Maybe folks were too busy - the cleaning is a nice perk. This dealership and service dept are always outstanding! More
