Easy appointment on-line. Service was immediate for oil change and 12 month service check up. Especially appreciated rotating the tires and alignment which made a huge difference. Work performed was efficient and quick but I did not feel they rushed it through it - instead took the time to go over the car completely. Appointment was 9:30am to change oil-filter. Also changed cabin filter though not requested but within maintenance requirements. Key word here is EXPRESS oil change which gives the impression it would be qui cabin filter though not requested but within maintenance requirements. Key word here is EXPRESS oil change which gives the impression it would be quick. Last oil change-lube and free extras was 30 minutes. Arrived early write-up at 9:15am. At 10:40am asked about status of work. 10:45am-Customer Service person said update coming. Suddenly 10:54am car is ready? Also cabin filter part WAY over priced. Will do myself next time. More
