This is my 2nd Subaru from SOG, Forester for 3 years and now the Tribeca, and Jill has been there to take care of me from the beginning. We gave the Forester to my daughter and she loves it. Subaru of Gwinnett was an overall great experience for me from the initial e-mail to pulling away in my new car. I emailed Swindia and about 10 emails later we had come to an agreement. The paperwork didn't take long at all which was a plus for me because we handled everything through email before I got there. Noone tried to push anything on me that I didn't want. Swindia was great. Even though the car I wanted was not on their lot she tracked it down and had it delivered from another state. She kept me well informed during the process and even texted me a pic as s on their lot she tracked it down and had it delivered from another state. For the past 6-7 years and 3 Outbacks, I have chosen to get my car serviced at SOG. The main reason for this is JILL THURSTON. In fact, I have 2 Subaru dealers closer to me than SOG, but I go out of my w get my car serviced at SOG. The main reason for this is JILL THURSTON. Now, she's an award winning Subaru Service Person...who knew? I must say, when I buy my next Subaru...it will be Jill's fault...ha! More
I have got to say that Subaru of Gwinnett provided me with the best dealer expierence of my life. I am 60 years old and have dealt with numerous car dealers over the years. None of them come remotely close to providing the positive expierence of SOG. I knew what I wanted when I called and worked with Lance over the phone and negoiated the price. No xx, he was very straight forward and came in $600.00 cheaper than any other dealer. Most of the paperwork was done by the time I walked in the door, the car was ready to go. I was selling my 2010 Honda Accord to a third party who was meeting me at SOG to complete the deal. Lance and Mike were very welcoming to my cars' buyers, even though they had nothing to gain from the deal. Lance lent us his desk to complete the transaction. Lance even went out and filled my car up with gas for the new owners. WOW! I was blown away. I can't say enough good things about the guys at SOG, straight forward, honest, no preassure, no hype and the best pricing around. And the best part is I love my new Silver Outback Limited. More

He demonstrated a deep knowledge of his business. There was no artificiality or intent to rush us in his behavior – he genuinely wanted to help us find the right vehicle for me – a low-mileage Honda Fit. I am very happy with my new car – thanks to Chris - and I highly recommend his first-class sales service. If there should be any question regarding this or another vehicle in the future I shall contact Chris and ask for his excellent advice. More
