I just had my first service (3000 mile) on my 2012 Legacy and it was much more painless than other dealers I have used. They did the oil change and worked on my passenger side door. Now the door had a squeaky sound in it on the road. So the tech and I went for a ride and so often the case with things like that it did not squeak once. The tech was like I have one thing I can do and he tried it out and it worked the first try. I a VERY pleased with the service department and Jill and the techs are great to work with. If you have a subaru even one that you did not buy there I would drive to SOG just for the service department. More

I worked with Lance Willhite. He was very friendly and put absolutely no pressure on me to purchase. He wrote up the deal and handed me the quote and let me leave with it in hand.
