He ordered my 2015 WRX STI in the color I wanted with the options I wanted at one of the best prices I've seen for this car. He answered all of my questions along the way (10~12 week wait), and updated me whenever he had the information. Our closest dealer is about 80 miles away, Gwinnett is about 300 miles away. We didn't have any bad experiences, but we had none as good as with Trina Richardson-Mack at Subaru of Gwinnett. She was very friendly, very informed about the product, and quite willing to work with our particular needs. We decided to get exactly the Outback we wanted, so chose to order one from the factory. Trina made that into an easy and relaxing experience. She stayed in contact while we waited on delivery and then called with excitement in her voice to notify us that our Outback had arrived. We drove the 300 miles to Subaru of Gwinnett and fell in love at first sight with our new Outback. Trina had everything lined up for us, gave us a personal tour of the car, our trade-in was appraised (quite fairly), all of the paperwork was taken care of in a flash, payment was made and we were handed the keys. All in all, the easiest car buying experience that we've ever had. More
