She was not distant or aloof either..a true professional that has motivation and patience in perfect balance. The price was very reasonable and clearly explained. Since most consumers have already done their homework before arriving at the dealership, we knew what a reasonable price was beforehand and Trina met our expectations. In fact, this was the first Subaru dealer we went to and our last...we didn't have any need to go anywhere else!
