There are still genuine people out there. I have bought all my vehicles form the same place from the same general manager for the last 13 years because of the headache of finding a genuine est I have bought all my vehicles form the same place from the same general manager for the last 13 years because of the headache of finding a genuine establishment that truly cares about their customers. However this time around when it came to buying a new vehicle, I was very interested in a Subaru which unfortunately was not available at that dealership chain. So I ventured my way out in search of a Subaru and came to eventually meet Swindia Matos. Swindia had her work ahead of her because I was treated pretty bad at the first Subaru dealership that I had gone too, but I was really set on a Forester. So when I went to Subaru of Gwinnett, Swindia's genuine warmth and patients with me was immediately noticed. She went above and beyond even what I was used to from a car sales person. Im glad to know that even this busy world of customer service and sales that we live in, there are still people like Swindia who can take the time to make us feel human. Head & Shoulders above Stivers! I initially went to Stivers Subaru in Decatur to purchase a new Subaru for my wife. I met with a salesman that didn't seem to care about the car purch I initially went to Stivers Subaru in Decatur to purchase a new Subaru for my wife. I met with a salesman that didn't seem to care about the car purchase. During our negotiations, I was given several different numbers for the vehicle I was interested in and when we finalized a number, I went into the dealership again with our trade and the salesman stated that they made a mistake and those numbers were not valid. I had my fill and decided to go to Subaru of Gwinnett. I was greeted by Trina and the rest is history. Trina was very knowledgeable, returned calls promptly, gave me a good price and was patient while we went back and forth between different models. Trina is terrific and earned our future business! However, Jim had another customer so Trina stepped in. She went on two test drives and walked us through several models on the lot. There was no pressure on us and everything was straightforward. When we finally decided on a car she gave us her best deal-no "let me talk to my manager" tactic. That was very much appreciated! She knew her prices and the vehicles. Swindia Matos, my sa 5 stars for Subaru of Gwinnett for being patient, friendly, easy, and helpful when I was buying a used Toyota Camry two days ago. Swindia Matos, my sales person who I dealt with, made my buying experience in this place very easy. She is also very helpful and attentive in solving some of the issues I had to make the transaction happened. I have been to many car dealerships in Roswell and Duluth areas for the last 3 weeks and I find this place really has really good customer service even this place is small compare to other car dealerships in the area. I will definitely recommend her and this dealership for anyone who is looking to purchase a new Subaru or any used cars because these people will really work hard to get your business. More
