Incompetent Service Manager The service manager Jill is beyond incompetent and appears to be over her head in her job duties. She’ll be disrespectful to me, a customer then get red and angry when I asked that she not speak to me like I’m ignorant just because I may be asking questions she is unable to answer. Perhaps Subaru of Gwinnett should find a better and more equipped Service Manager who can handle the pace of their job. Will not be returning and cannot trust a dealership with my car if they are comfortable hiring someone who is not prepared or able to function at their job of being the “Service Manager.” More
