I submitted a request for pricing on a 2018 Outback to all of the dealers within a 3 hour one-way trip from our home. Since pricing was very close from each dealer, I decided that customer service and availability would guide my decision. Matthew responded to every email very quickly without subjecting me to the daily automated emails that I received from several dealerships. He followed up with phone calls when email just wouldn't do the job. He quickly found the exact vehicle we wanted and arranged a trade with another dealership However, the best part of the entire experience was the day we came in to make the purchase. It's a 4 hour round-trip drive to the dealership and I was expecting a very long day. I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything was ready for us when we arrived and in just a very short time we had traded our car for a beautiful new Subaru Outback and were on our way back home. In the following days we received emails and phone calls just to make sure that all was well with our purchase. More

Subaru seemed to have their act together better than other auto makers. I examined many makes and models and decided Subaru was the way to go. I created a list of all the items and features I needed and searched dealer inventory for the vehicle. Subaru of Gwinnett had two cars that fit my needs so I called the dealership and Jim Heet answered the phone. I gave him the stock numbers and he verified the two vehicles were still in stock. When I arrived at the dealership, Jim had a vehicle ready to go. The first thing Jim did was to demonstrate how the adaptive cruise control worked -- amazing! Jim was more of a teacher than a salesman; he answered questions I didn't even know to ask. So I felt very confident I had made the correct decision and I purchased the vehicle that afternoon. Jim laid out all the figures item by item and I thought the price was quite fair. The entire sales process took about three hours. More
