Matt was very helpful and understanding of the situation, even helped explain my options for purchasing as well as answering the many questions I had about the Crosstrek features/trims. He was patient while I waited for things to finalize, and when I decided to move forward he had me in and out faster than I could have imagined; and this is my 4th time purchasing a car. They both went out of their way to help secure the best financing options and Charles got all of the paperwork done very efficiently! This is my first Subaru, but it certainly won't be my last. Elizabeth Puckett was great from start to finish, she is worm and friendly and never tried to push anything on us. She is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and works hard to help people find the right car for their needs. Charles Williams is so helpful in explaining all of the options on the fiance side in a clear and easy to understand way. He never tried to sell us anything but gave us a clear understanding of extended warranties, prepaid service plans, road side assistants and all of the options available. Shaun Feltner definitely has your back on the service end. After much research, I decided on a Subaru Forester (due to Subaru's excellent reputation for safety, durability and reliability). Subaru of Gwinnett had several 2016 certified pre-owned Foresters available. I would like to commend the sales associate I dealt with (Jody). He was extremely courteous and professional. I got a good deal on the car I wanted and good trade in for my old car.
