No hassle, no double talk, no pushy sales staff, and great service and parts departments. So far, We've bought two Outbacks (one used, one new), and a new WRX. We have been very pleased with the entire experience of each purchase. Lance Willhite is a great guy to deal with. It's great dealing with a sales person who you can trust, and Lance it that guy. Oil changes and services are a breeze. Just make an appointment, bring in the car, enjoy a cup of coffee, and relax in a comfortable room until it's done. They even bring it out washed up and shiny. We bought our son a used Outback for his first vehicle, and although it was "as is", the service department went out of their way to take care of a minor problem, which without a doubt, would have cost us a couple of hundred dollars to take care of if we would have dealt with another dealership. There's no wonder why everybody kept telling us to deal with Subaru of Gwinnett. I encourage everybody to stop by and check it out, and say "Hi" to Lance. More

This was the 1st time I had to buy a car myself and this was absolutely an entirely different experience at Gwinnett Subaru with Lance Willhite and the Finance person (sorry forgot his name). It was my 1st Subaru and Lance was excellent, no pressure, honest and very knowledgeable. It was also the the shortest transaction time ever from the time I walked into the dealer to the point where I drove my new car off the lot. Love my new Crosstrek! Elizabeth was fantastic! I started my search online and Subaru of Gwinnett made figuring out the details so easy! I had a trade in and I needed the Elizabeth was fantastic! I was looking to not go over a specific payment and I wanted no money down. All of the prework was done via email and then when I went in for a scheduled appointment, the vehicle that met my needs had sold. I thought that was the end of it, but Elizabeth and her manager did not miss a beat, and they got me into a better vehicle and still kept me VERY close to my budget. That was not only the best and most hassle free car buying experience I have ever had, but they were FAST! Once I said yes, they moved me right thru and maintained respect for my budget needs. Friendly and Knowledgeable I leased a grey 2014 XV Crosstrek Limited from SOG in Sep 2014 and loved it so much I wanted to upgrade to the 2015 model with the newer technology. I I leased a grey 2014 XV Crosstrek Limited from SOG in Sep 2014 and loved it so much I wanted to upgrade to the 2015 model with the newer technology. I did some research on their website and found the vehicle I was looking for (also grey). After a couple weeks of emailing back and forth with Elizabeth Puckett in sales, my wife and I were finally able to find time in our schedules to visit the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership it was just our luck that the grey 2015 XV Crosstrek we were interested in had been sold earlier that morning and that the second vehicle we were considering, a used 2015 Outback, had been sold within the last hour. Elizabeth showed us all the other options they had available on site and after a day to consider the purchase we leased a white 2015 XV Crosstrek Limited with a moon roof and navigation. While signing the paperwork I asked if they transfer cars between dealerships. A different dealership I had a poor experience with had the grey 2015 XV Crosstrek I wanted in stock. They said they did and sent someone to retrieve the car a few days later. I was much happier dealing with SOG and we decided to also lease the grey 2015 XV Crosstrek Limited though them as well. Elizabeth couldn't have been any nicer and she was also extremely knowledgeable whenever I asked one of my thousand questions. We dealt with many dealerships within the last few weeks and SOG and Elizabeth were the ONLY ones who provided any type of pricing through email and were very upfront with everything. Also, they were one of only a handful of dealerships who offered leasing and financing information that was right were it should have been. They worked with us to get the price and payments to where we wanted them and never pressured us on any issue. SOG was straightforward from the moment I contacted them.
