Ask for Matthew Buckles if you want a smooth, easy, friendly car-buying experience. He was willing to stay late on a Friday night in order to help my husband and me feel comfortable with the Crosstrek friendly car-buying experience. I've been a customer about 15 years. It's the best auto dealership I've ever experienced. Sales staff are knowledgeable, not pushy, and easy to work with. Ditto for the service folks.
