I purchased a certified preowned Outback from Subaru of Gwinnett. Jodie Brown was by far the best sales person I’ve ever worked with. No pressure and very knowledgeable about their products. We worked with Gwinnett. Jodie Brown was by far the best sales person I’ve ever worked with. No pressure and very knowledgeable about their products. We worked with Craig in the financing department, he was great also. He told us about their Costco member discount. Never would have thought to ask if he didn’t mention it. The whole process was easy and low pressure. I feel like I got a fair deal on my trade in as well. I’ll be back to Subaru of Gwinnett for future car purchases. More

This dealership is very professional. It is clean and well-run. The people are very friendly and helpful. But for some reason, every time I have had my car in to service, I have come away with a follow well-run. The people are very friendly and helpful. But for some reason, every time I have had my car in to service, I have come away with a follow-up problem. This last time was minor but annoying. My clock was an hour off. I had to research how to adjust the clock. In doing so, I found that my smartphone was no longer synched to the car therefore the GPS didn't work on my next trip out and my contacts list was not available when (Revised) Since this report was originally filed, Jeff from the Service Department, came to my house and fixed the issue while patiently showing me how some things can be set up more efficiently. He gets 5 stars for his efforts! More
