Bought a bad car I bought a 2013 Suburu Outback from this dealership. Within five months of buying the car, I started noticing bad sounds whevever I accelerate the veh I bought a 2013 Suburu Outback from this dealership. Within five months of buying the car, I started noticing bad sounds whevever I accelerate the vehicle. When I went to suburu service center, they slapped me with a bill of $445 for apparent “hub and bearing assembly” for my front tire on the drivers side. When I spoke with the service center as to why I’m getting slapped with this bill when I just bought the car, they told me to talk to the sales person. Then I spoke with the Terry Craycraft, he tells me that he cant give me a guarantee for vehicle if there are any problems more than 90 days after buying the car. What’s the point of buying a car the the freaking dealership and not an unknown buyer if they sell me faulty cars like this?!? Then they dare to tell me “oh well it’s been more than 90 days we can’t do anything about it”!?!? Please don’t ever buy are car from this dealership. Absolute disappointment. More

Once again, great service! I called because I had multiple warning lights come on when I started my car. I was able to get in immediately and was told it was really busy and it I called because I had multiple warning lights come on when I started my car. I was able to get in immediately and was told it was really busy and it might be awhile. But they diagnosed it quickly and replaced the torque converter quickly and it was covered under the warranty! Such a relief to know that it would be fine in the expected cold/rain/snow that was due. More

Great Service I have been in for service a couple of times recently on my Subaru Legacy. Once for a tire rotation/ alignment and the other to replace my car batte I have been in for service a couple of times recently on my Subaru Legacy. Once for a tire rotation/ alignment and the other to replace my car battery. The Service Advisor Dean Erbes was outstanding as he always is when I bring in the car for service. The price was reasonable and the mechanic did great work. Everybody at the dealership from the receptionist to the person that sold me my car (Micah) are very nice. More

Dean Erbes-Best customer service, all of the staff is great! Subaru of Dayton in my opinion has one of the best service departments for a dealership in the Dayton area. Dean, Service Manager- Steve, and the all Subaru of Dayton in my opinion has one of the best service departments for a dealership in the Dayton area. Dean, Service Manager- Steve, and the all the staff are patient, understanding, detailed and price is always comprehensive. I have a 2006 with over 231651 miles, and she not glitch free, This service department has taken good care of my car and all of my needs(fears) to make sure my vehicle keeps running. They are polite, respectful, considerate in manner. Over the years I have had from a simple oil change to some major work done, it as always been fast(as possible), explained, thorough. not a lot of paperwork. They know my car and I like that they inspect for unforeseen problems that come with a older car with a lot of mileage, and are quick to let me know, which is most appreciated, Because, I LOVE MY SUBARU! I would and have recommended them to my friends and family. Thank you all for your hard work, outstanding service and kindness be seeing you all soon.
