This dealer is my new favorite! My windshield met a rock and needed replaced. After the glass company installed new windshield at Subaru, the service department recalibrated the spe My windshield met a rock and needed replaced. After the glass company installed new windshield at Subaru, the service department recalibrated the special features. They also did my regular service at the same time. They noticed that after being in accessory mode for windshield installation the car was slow to start so they replaced the battery with a better battery and it was covered by my warranty! Yay! The technicians are thorough in explaining service to be done. The vehicle was ready when promised. The service department also does not require an appointment for the recommended service like oil change and tire rotation. More

Subaru performed an oil change on my 2017 Subaru last week, no problem here, it was timely and quickly done. When the advisor informed me that the car was done, she also asked if I received a text messa week, no problem here, it was timely and quickly done. When the advisor informed me that the car was done, she also asked if I received a text message showing a run-down of work performed and recommended part which should be replaced. When I read the text, it's said it is recommended to replace the serpentine belt as it show some cracks, price $293.00 (including the belt)! I quickly researched and found that the belt can be replaced by a DIY in 10min!! I bought a quality belt ($20) and replaced it within the 10 min time frame, so easy. How come that Subaru performs a more involving oil change for $80 and a 10 min serpentine belt change for $293?, beats me. More
