Today I took my 2019 Subaru Ascent to your Cherry Hill location. My issue was when I went to yield on the highway and went to accelerate my car got stuck in first gear. I had to pull onto the shoulder and location. My issue was when I went to yield on the highway and went to accelerate my car got stuck in first gear. I had to pull onto the shoulder and shut down the whole car in order for this to stop. I also stated that I been feeling the transmission jolt. About 7 hours later I received a call saying that the mechanic couldn’t find any problems and because no check engine light went off they have nothing to go by to fix it. The mechanic also test drove the car multiple times and didn’t have a problem. He stated the jolting I feel is from my break pads. I’m so disappointed that I bought a Subaru because they’re suppose to be safe and reliable cars and now I’m petrified to even drive it especially on the highway. After reading reviews I see the transmission is a problem with these vehicles and I’m not the only one having this problem. Maybe theres no dash lights on yet because the problem is just starting. I don’t feel safe putting my children in this car and I could have been in an accident because I couldn’t accelerate yielding onto the highway. Buyer beware of the 2019 Subaru Ascent because they have transmission problems. I left the dealership being told to take my car to my mechanic. I don’t understand when I purchased the car from here. More

Bought a 21 Crosstrek from Pete Duma and it was so easy! We did most of the work over the phone and he texted with updates to my factory order. He was laid back, not pushy. Went into this dealer after visiting a BMW dealer which was willing to work with us in a kind manner and we were able to get a great deal for a CPO car for my boyfriend.
