I payed cash when i walked through the door at opening time once Hunter Lamay had my money he did not return for my signing until closing, he had my money and tended to other customers. Hunter Lamay lied to me and told me it was the law to have nitrous in my tires and it was the Law to have a clear coat which cost me an additional 600 dollars. They gave me a receipt with no letter head no indication whatsoever of who sold me the car or where it came from just a piece of paper with my name printed on it and the price i payed, no where does it say where the car was sold or by whom. I mentioned to Hunter Lamay after many attempts to reach him on his cell and through the business even walked in and left a polite note on his desk to please contact me but he would not. So i called his cell just 2 minutes after i tried to call him from mine from another phone to see if he would answer an unknown caller...he did answer. I tried to get him to fix the seal on the car and reminded him that you and subaru of ann arbor claims to fully inspect each and every car they sell. If they did then they knew the car had some serious leaks in the seal in the sunroof or doors not really sure where the leaks came from but did notice some water rings on the seats thinking no big deal til i got it home and it rained when i woke to go to work my car was flooded so bad the carpet was sopping wet the cup holders were filled to the top with rain water. I was told by Hunter that if i payed for the car today i would get to drive it home today but instead Hunter had me wait 3 days before they delivered my car so far lied to at least 3 times so far but Hunter Lamay lies again and sells me a car with no title...i still dont have it over a month later. I told Hunter Lamay that its illegal to sell cars with no title, this means they are buying them at auctions. I was telling him about all the lies he told me he was clearly getting very frustrated when i told him what they are doing down at subaru of ann arbor is illegal...he slipped up and angrily said, IVE GOT OVER 300 CARS IN THiS LOT I DONT KNOW WHICH ONES HAVE TITLES AND WHICH ONES DON'T. I SAID THATS ILLEGAL!! You cant sell cars with no title thats some carvana stuff going on as I remembered they got sued and lost their license for a while for doing just that. He then hung up on me. Christopher Bazzel is the sales manager and no one would let me speak to him he is completely unattainable, finally Hunter Lamay had christopher Bazzel call me and he told me there was nothing he could do for me as far as the seal leaks. Then hung up. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE AUDITED AND LOSE THEIR LICENSE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE AND EVERYONE STEER CLEAR OF THIS SUBARU DEALERSHIP IN ANN ARBOR ON JACKSON RD.

I enjoyed my previous experiences purchasing vehicles from both Dunning Subaru, and later Ann Arbor Subaru (3 vehicles in 2 years). I will not return to purchase another vehicle, nor would I recommend Ann Arbor Subaru to anyone else (I previously had).
