Craig the finance man explained everything with my contract/loan and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t want. Amy is amazing and explained how everything in my vehicle worked! Amy also gave me $25 gas card for driving back to the dealership to meet with her🥰. I never thought about buying a Subaru and now I’m happy I did! Everyone I came into contact with at the dealership was professional and nice. I will refer others. More

Subaru of Ann Arbor is my 1st experience with a small-scale dealership. Though, what it lacks in size, it does not lack in inventory. Nor does it lack in staff. Whether you are purchasing a brand new Subaru or a pre-owned, they go above and beyond what I expected in a dealership. My sales agent, Mack, listened to my requests and needs. He did not try to up-sell me or talk me into a newer model. Mack found me my 2015 Outback! I am a 1st time Subaru owner and could not be happier. Especially with what is included such as service and maintenance, when you purchase from them. I am blessed with the whole experience at Subaru of Ann Arbor. More
Do not waste your time looking for a car at Ann Arbor Subaru. Although Dusty was patient to show us a variety of cars, when we test drove a 2022 Outback that we thought might be a possibility to own, we Subaru. Although Dusty was patient to show us a variety of cars, when we test drove a 2022 Outback that we thought might be a possibility to own, we were told that the final price went magically from the $27,900 that was listed on the Carfax to $38,000. With 6% sales tax the car should have been under the $30,000 - what we told the dealer is all we were willing to spend when he first greeted us in the lot. I had read previous reviews from other customers and thought I’d give A2 Subaru a chance - unfortunately other reviewers were correct and unnecessary fees were added to raise the price $10,000. If the sticker and Carfax state a price then dealers should NOT lie to car buyers by adding unlisted fees. Lost a sale and caused this bad review. More

I want to bring to consumer awareness how Subaru of Ann Arbor treats their customers who decide NOT to purchase a vehicle from them. My dilemma began on November 3, 2023. My civil rights were compromised, and my credit score paid the price because of over 20 hits caused purposely from Dana Wines at the Ann Arbor dealership. Also, the 23 hits on my car fax as well. Justin Batshon was not very professional either. I am thoroughly disappointed how I was treated, and Chris, the manager, allowed it. I have the refusal letters from banks. I was told I would get a phone call with an apology back in December of 2023:from the Corporate offices of Subaru. That never happened.
