Do not waste your time looking for a car at Ann Arbor Subaru. Although Dusty was patient to show us a variety of cars, when we test drove a 2022 Outback that we thought might be a possibility to own, we Subaru. With 6% sales tax the car should have been under the $30,000 - what we told the dealer is all we were willing to spend when he first greeted us in the lot. I had read previous reviews from other customers and thought I’d give A2 Subaru a chance - unfortunately other reviewers were correct and unnecessary fees were added to raise the price $10,000. If the sticker and Carfax state a price then dealers should NOT lie to car buyers by adding unlisted fees. Lost a sale and caused this bad review. More
