A “Worry Free” experience? Ha. This dealership provided nothing but worry the entire process. First, I bought a used Subaru outright (and checked the whole Carfax history—no a Ha. This dealership provided nothing but worry the entire process. First, I bought a used Subaru outright (and checked the whole Carfax history—no accidents and great condition)—but near the end of the paperwork they told me they didn’t have the title and that it would arrive in “several days”. Those days turned into six weeks until I could get the car. A monh and a half! No one would give me the entire answer of why they couldn’t get the title and acted as if it was no big deal. It would take many many calls to get ahold of anyone at the dealership and they did not give any answers in emails— I guess they didn’t want anything in writing. When I finally did talk to a person, who I thought was giving me the runaround, they acted all annoyed as if this was entirely my problem. Then, finally got the car when title came in but still had the temporary license which was for three weeks. Well, nearly three weeks later still no license plate. Again, numerous calls and emails unanswered for weeks until finally got ahold of someone two days before saying the plate was there and I had to pick it up. Why did no one call me back or tell me it was there? They had said they were mailing it so I wouldn’t have to drive and hour each way to the dealership—(just like they said the title would be in soon) but I chose to pick it up myself so I would no longer have to deal with this dealership. I can’t even imagine how much time I spent trying to get answers and my car for this two month period. Oh, and a few days after I got the car it started having what felt like a strut/brake problem—and when I took it to my automotive place it needed over $3,000 in repairs! Did something happen to it when it was sitting in their parking lot for a month in a half? Did they already know it had these problems although there was no indication of it in the Carfax report? I suspect they did—but then again I’d never know as they are consumate timewasters, not wanting to commit to any answers. They have absolutely 0 customer skills. I could not recommend them less. Stay away! More
Weston was very responsive when I emailed about a particular Impreza Sport I was interested in. I have driven many many Subarus so knew what I wanted. We did most of the deal through text and email particular Impreza Sport I was interested in. I have driven many many Subarus so knew what I wanted. We did most of the deal through text and email and it went completely smoothly. Everyone I met at the dealership was very very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Amy, the Product Specialist who walked me through the many cool features of the car. I'm a happy camper. More
I don't expect a lot from car dealers, give me an appropriate price and don't try to fleece me on the trade. This place could not even meet the basic standard of their maligned profession. We wanted appropriate price and don't try to fleece me on the trade. This place could not even meet the basic standard of their maligned profession. We wanted to upgrade from our 2019 Crosstrek to a Forester, either new or lightly used. Spent a couple hours picking one out while they did an appraisal of our trade. We were ready to buy provided a reasonable offer on our trade, they offered $3500, it's a 2019 with ~100k miles. KBB trade value runs $11-14k depending on condition, retails for ~$15k. Claimed it needed a rear differential and that would be a 5k repair, when I became angry offered to give us $7k and claimed it was a 3k repair. Two minutes of google research showed this to be a a repair less than a thousand, I replaced the worn gear for $50.87 over the weekend. The cowardly "manager" making these offers never made an appearance and would only speak to us through the sales associate. That part is just normal scummy car dealer tactics but the trade offer was just criminal. Absolute scam artists at this place, bad even by car dealer standards, avoid them at all costs. More
