Great Experience I had a great experience with Mike King and Tina VanDyke! I went into only to look and ended up buying the car instead. I had just come from another Subaru dealership in the Valley and left disappointed. Needless to say the 2 experiences were like night and day! Mike King was very attentive not pushy at all and were able to work out a deal in record-time. Only drawback not able to complete the deal that evening because financing was all backed up. However, the next day we came in finished up our paperwork and took our car home. Mike was scheduled off that day, but made it a point to come in while we were there to make certain every aspect of the deal was to our satisfaction. Very much appreciated attention to detail! What my husband and I found when we arrived was a very professional staff, our salesman Mike was knowledgeable and confident in the brand. Tina was our vehicle specialist and helped us get familiar with the new technology and features of our Outback. And Dusty helped us finalize our financing etc. We did not feel pressured, we felt as though we were valued customers, we feel we got a fair price, and we believe we will have years of good service ahead. Then meeting with Adrian doing the final finance paperwork went very good it was a pleasure working with him. Then going over this new car with all of it's new electronic features was done with ease with Tina who really knows all the features, and how to explain them. So all in all it was a very easy time getting in and done with the purchase and trade in of the vehicles. More

First, the dealership was clean, pleasant and open. I felt welcome from the time I got there. I had an appointment with Mike Scribner who met us on time and was very open and transparent to our needs. The finance portion was also met with ease as Dusty Mandrell made it simple through the process. We ended with Tina Van xxxx who so graciously instructed us on the use of the vehicle and made me feel like if I needed further help, it would be so easy to get that assistance.
