Kyler, Mark, and George made buying a car a simple and streamlined process. All of them were up front and candid providing information and facts without forcing a decision. I felt like instead of a salesman trying to hit their quota, it was a team on a journey. When I needed help they advised. When I made choice they facilitated. They were there to support my journey in finding the right fit for me. During the finance phase their technology that shows your monthly payments based on additional features is great. Their willingness to be transparent speaks highly of their confidence not only in their product but in their ability to support the customers needs. If you are looking for a team to support you on you car buying journey this is the place to start. Their attention to customer service will set the bar high if you end up shopping around. So high in fact you will be wondering why you even considered anywhere else. More
We arrived at Subaru of Surprise in late April. We were promptly greeted by Kyler and he instantly recognized that we had our hands full with a toddler and an infant. We let him know that we wanted to look at the Subaru Ascent because we were going to be in need of a larger vehicle and that we had seen a white colored Subaru Ascent online with brown interior that was very attractive. Our other request was that we loved the 2nd row captains chairs. Kyler was honest up front and said "there is a lot of demand for this vehicle, and in addition, recent computer chip shortages have diminished current inventory. Despite these challenges I have an Ascent in a different color that I would love to let you look at and drive to help you determine if this is the right vehicle for your family." With a sense of urgency (impatient kids in the background) Kyler pulled the vehicle around and explained what the added options were and explained what would come with all of the different trim options. My wife was not sure she wanted to test drive the vehicle because it seemed large, but eventually decided she would. Kyler offered to let us put the childrens' seats in the car but we opted to take turns doing the test drive so one of us could stay back with the kiddos. My wife went first on the test drive and her feedback was that despite being larger than the Subaru Forrester (our most recent Subaru), that it handled much the same. On my test drive Kyler spent a little time telling me about the options that were available to me, however, I mainly led the discussion because I wasn't too interested in the driving features since this would be my wife's primary vehicle. I explained our situation which is that we were being proactive in our planning and would not have the funds available for a down payment for about a month and that we were looking to trade in two vehicles. Kyler explained that he totally understood and that he would be able to accommodate our scheduling. After the successful test drive, my wife made it clear that this was what she wanted for her next vehicle. Kyler and I kept in contact and over the next few weeks we arranged time to get appraisals done on our vehicles. After the 2nd appraisal I met briefly with Kyler and he presented me two options to review to help us make a decision. 1) The vehicle we test drove (Touring trim - the top of the line Ascent) 2) The next level down which was the only other version available with captains chairs in the 2nd row By the time our funds had arrived about two weeks later, we decided that the Touring trim was the right trim for our family and we let Kyler know that we were ready to move ahead and that my wife wanted the Pearl White exterior paint and Brown Leather interior that she saw online at the Subaru of America website. Kyler searched around the greater valley area and let me know a day later that there was no expected inventory to arrive until mid June. Instead of waiting for the inventory, Kyler proactively ordered our vehicle for us directly from the Subaru website. The Subaru website kept me up to date of the status on our vehicle including the trim, the colors, and where it was physically located ie. on the long range train, the local distribution center, and finally the local retailer that I had chosen. Kyler reached out to me immediately and we scheduled time to pick up the vehicle (June 3rd, weeks ahead of anticipated inventory to arrive in the valley). Kyler let me know what steps of the process that I could proactively complete at home to save us time at the physical dealership. Kyler greeted us personally upon our arrival and gave us a place inside (socially distanced) that we could sit while he removed the license plates from our vehicles and updated our mileages. We were offered food or drinks like we always had in this building. Kyler then let us see the vehicle and gave us a complete Ascent 101 overview of our vehicle which included him showing us how to connect our phones to the system and the advanced navigation and "auto pilot" controls. We quickly completed our paperwork on an environmentally friendly digital pad (you have to see this thing to believe it) and Kyler wished us well as we waved goodbye. I have given Kyler a rating of "5 out of 5" for how easy he was to work with, his timely updates that he provides and for not being an overly aggressive salesman who is trying to meet a quota. He clearly cares about getting his customers into the vehicle that is right for them and knowing how to make it happen. I rated Subaru Superstore of Surprise a"4 out of 5" because I received 2 calls from managers during the 45 day process who seemed to be following up on my initial visit and not on the same page. I met the same manager 3 separate times who had no idea that we had met previously each time. If provided the opportunity I will be a customer of Kyler again as well as the Subaru Superstore of Surprise. Kyler deserves praise for making our car buying experience incredibly easy. I will be a promoter of this Subaru Superstore and will recommend to anyone I know that they reach out to Kyler. Thank you, -Rob More

We set out to just get info about Subaru and felt like we were pushed to make a decision right then and there. Caleb was amazing and helpful. Bradley from internet sales is the worst.
