Getting a new car is supposed to be exciting however the issues with supply chain in 2021 made the process arduous. Kyler and the team at Surprise Subaru were amazing. This is our second Subaru. The first one was in the category of "Are we going to like the dealer/salesperson/service/vehicle?" Couldn't of been happier with that first experience. So now the second Sub category of "Are we going to like the dealer/salesperson/service/vehicle?" Couldn't of been happier with that first experience. So now the second Subaru. We went back to the same dealer, dealt with the same salesperson (Kyler S.). The whole experience was great. We were given a very fair trade-in valuation and even a discount off of MSRP on the new vehicle (all while most other dealers in the area were charging MSRP and MORE on their new vehicles.) Kyler kept us informed of the progress on our new vehicle and made the whole process painless.
