took our new subaru in for repair as we purchased it in Bellevue, Washington and went on a road trip, we found the air conditioner didn't work. We had scheduled an appt, and the service rep diagnosed the Bellevue, Washington and went on a road trip, we found the air conditioner didn't work. We had scheduled an appt, and the service rep diagnosed the car instead of a repairman looking at it. The service rep thought it was the condenser, and said we would have to take it back to bellevue to be fixed, as they didn't have the part. It wound up being a gasket in the backed missed at installation time, a 15 minute fix, had the repairman looked at it, and the service rep claiming he knew what was wrong. We wound up borrowing a car and paid them $100 as it was in the 90's in Goodyear, Arizona and was too hot to drive around. Took it to Bellevue when we got home. The worst service we have ever had with subaru and the general manager could have cared less. We learned unless you buy the car there, they really don't want to help fix it. Your TV advertisement says differently. More

Travis was not pushy at all, in fact his calming personality and presence was greatly appreciated. The dealership was gracious to hold the vehicle till we able to purchase it the following week. Todd Ackley was the finance person, and he was also very kind and no pressure. We are very grateful to have had such a great experience at this dealership with Travis and Todd. My wife and I started looking into buying a Subaru months ago. We went into the dealership and were greeted by Caleb Spurlin. Caleb took the time to get to know us and address all of our needs. He understood that we weren’t looking to buy that day as we were waiting on some leases to get closer to the end and he listened and respected that. We at no point felt like we were being pressured into buying a vehicle. He took a few hours to go over all the vehicles we had questions on which included the Ascent, Outback, and Forester. My wife was on the fence about wanting a Subaru but after speaking with Caleb and having the excellent experience she did with him (he made sure he was speaking to her as this was her car) she was confident that she wanted to make the switch to Subaru. Jon came out after we got our pricing sheet and greeted us, listened to us and understood why we were waiting for our leases to run out. He made us feel welcome and never once pressured us into buying when we weren’t ready. We ultimately came back many months later and ordered a Forester and Ascent from Caleb. He had done such a great job representing the Subaru brand that we knew we didn’t just need one but two new vehicles from him. He made sure that we got every detail that we wanted on each vehicle and was very meticulous with our build sheets. We were really excited when our cars arrived earlier than expected. Upon delivery our vehicles were in a special delivery room where we went over every nook and cranny of the vehicles. Caleb made sure he took the time to allow us to ask questions and address any concerns we had. After our cars were available it was time to sign the paperwork. Todd was absolutely amazing through the whole process as well. He went over every additional option, making recommendations on our needs, and maintained the zero pressure feeling we had through the entire transaction. We would recommend this dealership to any of our friends or family members based off of our interactions. Everyone there is a class act. Thank you Caleb, Todd, and Jon! More
I am quite pleased with my experience at this Subaru dealer. Right now is not a good time to be seeking to purchase a new car. Nevertheless, I was compelled to purchase because of an accident which left me without transportation. After much research, I visited several manufacturers show rooms. I expected outrageous pricing and I found it. Markups several thousand of dollars above Manufacture's Suggested Retail were common along with long lists of dealer installed useless, overprices, cheaply made add ons. Discouraged, I did a state wide wi-fi search of all Subaru dealers and found Subaru of Surprise, What a difference! No big markup; only two minor dealer add-ons and a laid back no pressure salesman.. If you want a Subaru, go the Surprise for a one stop purchase. More
