Bought the car while living Washington so everything had to be done over the phone & Kyler was extremely helpful & went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Even picked me up from the air to be done over the phone & Kyler was extremely helpful & went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Walked into Subaru Superstore, Surprise, on a whim while hitting all the other dealerships on the row, to look at an Ascent, knowing that it was not in the price range we were looking at but curious what th hitting all the other dealerships on the row, to look at an Ascent, knowing that it was not in the price range we were looking at but curious what the biggest Subaru was all about. Met with Chris Thom. He listened to our concerns about purchasing a vehicle in this day and age. He was transparent, kind and very knowledgeable about all things Subaru. We had test drove and visited many of the other car dealerships, but immediately felt comfortable and like we were being "heard", not just "listened to". He was more concerned with our needs than the traditional bottom line. Due to the excellent customer service, and overall transparency and the feeling we got, we took a test drive in an Ascent in our price range. Chris gave us privacy to discuss the purchase, let us take our time to debate all that we had seen and experienced without pressure. Needless to say, we left with the car! We have purchased many cars and for the first time felt that we had zero buyers remorse due to the customer experience at Subaru Superstore in Surprise! Would definitely buy a car from Chris and this dealership again and highly recommend to everyone we have talked to! George Palmer was our finance guy and he was clear, transparent, and took his time to also hear our questions and respond with clarity. We have never laughed, and smiled our way through buying a car, but these two went above and beyond to ensure that we got what we wanted without the pressure of pushing "more". 15/10 would do it again!
