We are from Tucson and he made us a deal that was (in these times of limited stock) a decent/ fair offer that after a little negotiation worked out well enough that we agreed to the purchase sight unseen of the 2022 limited outback we purchased. Christopher Thom went above and beyond. He even came to my home to pick me up so I didn't have to worry about getting my previous car back home. The whole process went very quickly as most of the work was done from my home and I pretty much just had to come in and sign the paperwork. Financing was awesome also. I worked with George Palmer. Finance people in my past tended to be very business like and no fun. George was great, yes it was business, but he didn't make me feel intimidated at all. He also was well prepared and very efficient and worked hard to get the best loan for me within my limits. He also explained everything really well so I could understand and knew what I was signing. This Subaru store is a great place to buy your car! The atmosphere all around is very pleasant. It is also a very clean organized store. Well, I probably could say more, but I will end.
