Dave introduced me to Tina, who would then call me in a few weeks to set up a time to go over all the features of the car, another first. Dave was able to go over the basic features of the car and paring my phone for Bluetooth and hands free. We limped my Subaru Outback to the dealership, distressed and usure of what the issue was.
